This privacy policy describes how the operator of this website processes personal data in connection with the website and the online entry system, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis
a) Contact form
When you use the contact form we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: until your enquiry is handled, then deleted, unless a longer period is required.
b) Registration and the club / entry portal
If you register, we process your e-mail address and account data, and — for clubs and competitors — the data needed for entries (club data, competitor name and year of birth, coach, entries, uploaded music). Purpose: to operate the membership/entry system. Legal basis: performance of a contract / the association's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
c) Cookies and bot protection
The website uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and security (e.g. the language selection cookie and the anti-fraud/anti-bot check). For bot protection we use Cloudflare Turnstile; this may set technical cookies. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f)).
d) Invoicing
When an entry fee is invoiced, the billing data (name/club, address, and where applicable tax number) is processed and the invoice is issued via Számlázz.hu (KBOSS.hu Kft.) as a data processor. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — accounting/tax rules.
3. Data processors
We use the following processors to operate the service:
- Render (hosting) and Cloudflare R2 (file storage) — hosting of the application and storage of uploaded files (images, documents, music).
- Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) and e-mail routing.
- Számlázz.hu (KBOSS.hu Kft.) — issuing invoices.
- Resend — sending system e-mails; incoming mail is received via Google (Gmail).
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, the right to object, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You can exercise these rights via the contact e-mail above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, NAIH — ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, www.naih.hu).
